Cambridge Canoe Club - Saturday Race Training Session Booking

These sessions are intended for racers who wish to develop their skills and abilities in racing kayaks. These sessions are not suitable for complete beginners to kayak racing.

We have split the sessions into two groups: Division 8 & 9 and Division 7,6,5 (or faster).

Participants should arrive at least 5min before the session to collect equipment and be ready for the session to begin at the designated time.

If you are feeling unwell or feel you have Covid symptoms please do not attend the session. Should you find that after the session you or someone in your household has Covid please notify the coaches at your earliest opportunity.

Privacy Policy for Racing Sessions

We will ask you for the names of attendees so individual places can be booked and the coaches can verify who is due to attend the session. A contact number and email address are also requested to complete your booking. The email address of the person making the booking is required so the service can reply to you and confirm the booking. We may use your email or contact number to contact you in unusual circumstances such as a cancelled session. Your details will also form an attendance record for the Governments COVID-19 track and trace system. Your attendance data will be provided to the appropriate body only when requested.

We may use all this data to check how many sessions you have attended and to confirm you are club members. It will be held for the minimum of a year so we can determine how many different people attend the racing sessions. Please contact the coaches or the Clubs Competition Secretary competition@cambridgecanoeclub.org.uk if you wish your data to be removed at any time.
